View ArticleAt our Kingwood chiropractic clinic, Coy Chiropractic, caring for patients is our number one concern, and it always will be. We are centrally located in Kingwood and are situated only a short distance from Humble, Atascocita, Porter, New Caney, and Splendora. Our chiropractor, Dr. Jeff Coy, has been working with area patients for more than 20 years now, and is looking forward to the next 20 years serving our community.
Kingwood chiropractor Dr. Jeff Coy has dedicated his life to helping our patients because he is passionate about pain relief and healthy living. Chiropractic care is a 100 percent natural method to alleviate pain problems. Although western medical doctors treat car accident, personal injury, and other pain problems with medicine or surgery, our Kingwood chiropractor knows that pain relief does not always require prescription medication and surgery.
The spine is one of the most important parts of your entire body because of the connected nerve network. Dr. Coy is dedicated to helping you maintain a healthy spine, as a healthy spine makes for a healthy you. Our methods include manual spinal adjustments, which can provide back pain relief and better mobility, corrective exercises that make you stronger and increase endurance, and varied methods of physical therapy. We provide muscle stretching, Erchonia low level laser (cold laser), trigger point therapy (pain relief for very specific areas of pain), Active Release Therapy (ART), ultrasound therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, cryotherapy (cold therapy), and a type of percussive pain relief massage called the "Thumper." The Erchonia low level laser, or cold laser, therapy we offer is a very important rehabilitative therapy and is not provided by most chiropractors. Dr. Coy believes in the important benefits of this therapy and makes it available to his patients.
In addition to the pain relief for back pain, headaches, sciatica, knee pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel, or other pain conditions, Dr. Coy will also help by providing lifestyle advice and nutritional counseling. Part of achieving pain relief, whether it is from headaches or pain in any other part of your body, involves starting with good health. In many cases, patients find when they make some small adjustments in their eating habits, exercise habits, and general lifestyle, they are able to recover from their injuries more quickly. In addition to this, lifestyle counseling from Dr. Coy can have long term benefits -- helping you to continue to feel better and eventually reach levels of whole body health that you may have never had before.
Our chiropractic philosophy is a simple one: Dr. Coy wants well patients. As we like to say, we will bend over backward to help you stand straight! Chiropractic care is safe and effective for nearly everyone, from very young children to those well into their "golden years." It is our job to help you feel your very best and to live a pain free life, no matter your stage of life. Dr. Coy appreciates the chance to serve you, and looks forward to seeing you here in the office!
